Ingredients:
1/2 small vati Tur dal
1/2 small vati Channa dal
3/4 small vati Urad dal
1 small vati Rice
Clean the above, wash and soak with 2 kashmir chillies,
few black pepper corns for 4 hours and then grind with salt as per taste - don't
grind very fine. It should be coarse.
Now give tadka of rai, kadipatta, add ginger and green chillies too and the
batter is ready to make instant dosas.
Eat with chatni or butter or curds.
