what people like and what people don't like..........

People Like:

• to be told they look smart, 
• they have brains, 
• they are always smiling, 
• the are well read, 
• they re mature enough to understands what others are trying to explain....  

People Don't Like telling them: 

•  what they should do and what not to do
• if they are egoistic
• if they are short tempered
• if you try to correct them
• if you remind them for the pending work
• if you remind them that they OWE money
• if you remind them to return the book(s)
• if you tell them they have put on WEIGHT!!
